Terms of Service

1. All Orders will be attended to in a first come first serve basis.  We will make every effort to ship the day payment is received. 
2. Custom orders generally ship six to eight weeks after payment is received.  Large custom orders or those with significant extra detail may take longer.
3. In the event of a back order, notification and an expected delivery date will be will be sent out via email.
